Bailey Jane is an internationally published model, pageant titleholder, communications professional, and the woman behind Bailey Jane Coaching. Over the past decade she has walked fashion weeks across the country, earned multiple awards from the International Model and Talent Association, and is a 2x Jovani It Girl. Her eight years of pageant experience have taken her to the national stage as Miss Michigan Collegiate America 2022, a Top 15 finalist at Miss Collegiate America, and Miss Michigan for America 2024 with a Top 6 placement at Miss for America. She holds a B.Sc. in Communication from Grand Valley State University and brings six years of experience as a social media strategist, public speaker, and event emcee.

A proud Michigan native, Bailey is also a dedicated arthritis advocate who serves as Event Marketing and P.R. Chair and Federal Policy Advocate with the Arthritis Foundation. Showing up for her community has always been a core part of who she is, and that same heart is what led her to found Bailey Jane Coaching in 2023. She wanted to create a space where women could access the experienced guidance across modeling, pageantry, communication, and personal branding that she wished she had when she was first navigating these industries. Working with Bailey means having someone in your corner who understands the work it takes, meets you exactly where you are, and is fully invested in helping you grow into the most confident and capable version of yourself.
